An article published by VCU discusses the future jobs for anthropologists. From my perspective, anthropologists just studied forging cultures. But after reading this article I got some insight on the what anthropologists do.
The article discusses the different options for people with anthropology degrees. It states that many people go on to work for state or federal governments, HR, social work or health care. From their training they know how different people/ cultures work and can relate to those cultures. The article also states that anthropology graduates have one of the highest acceptance rations into medical school.
Because of this article I figured out that anthropology is applicable to the work force outside of studying cultures. With the intense training and studying, anthropologists are well trained to provide to many different aspects to the work force.
