The other day I was watching this show on the research scientist have been doing on 2012 thanks the ingenius calendar the Maya's created. I do have to give credit to the Maya's for being able to predict something of this magnitude, however this will cause a Y2K panic times 20! Talk about not very reassuring! One of the researchers was predicting that on 12/21/12 the Earths rotation will apruptly change direction causing a whole debacle on Earth. First, all the major volcanoes will erupt which lets be honest here if Yellowstone goes, 2/3 of the United States is gone. Another reaction this will cause is Earthquakes of great distruction will happen at very unusual elevations causing parts of countries to break away from continets.....such as California. Then to top off this whole conundrum a 2 mile high tsunami will wipe out the rest of us who are still living! Yah, I did not like that mans perspective, he was more of the glass is half empty type man, but thank the lord for some smartass critic who relaliated and said there is no way that this could ever happen. However when my parents and I thought we should be planing a trip to Vegas for the end of the world another researcher presented research that made it seem like the end of the world shouldnt be so terrible. This scientist said that there will not be an end of the world on a particular day, it will be a serious of disasterous events that will occur in order for the Earth's atmosphere to once again be balanced. Okay well how pissed off will the Earth get in order for the atmosphere to return to normal! Yah okay thanks show for making me have a drink on Sunday morning because the end of the world is coming.....wonderful!!!
